The January issue of Kodansha‘s Nakayoshi magazine revealed on Thursday that manga creator Ema Toyama (Missions of Love, Manga Dogs) will launch a new manga titled Jimikon (A Plain Wedding) in the magazine’s February issue, which will ship on December 28. The announcement describes the series as “a series of one-shots.”

The love-filled story follows Rikako, a female scientist who discovers that the family she is marrying into has not one, but two husbands for her.

Nakayoshi also publishes Toyama’s Aoba-kun ni Kikitai koto (I Have Something to Ask Aoba-kun) manga, which launched in November 2015. More recently, Toyama launched her Imōto no o Shigoto wa Jikyū 2000-en (My Little Sister’s Hourly Pay Is 2000 Yen) manga in Houbunsha‘s Manga Time Family magazine on September 17.

North American manga publisher Kodansha Comics publishes Toyama’s award-winning Missions of Love (Watashi ni xx Shinasai!) manga (pictured at right) in English. Kodansha Comics also released her Manga Dogs, I Am Here!, and Shugo Chara-chan! manga. Tokyopop previously published Toyama’s Pixie Pop: Gokkun Pucho manga.
