Nintendo began streaming a video for its ARMS Switch game on Thursday.
The video reveals the game’s June 16 release date, as well as the game’s mechanics, new characters, and 2-on-2 mode. Players can choose from a roster of fighters with different abilities, and combine them with up to two different types of ARMS that provide more options.
The video also shows new characters, including Ninjara, Master Mummy, Mechanica, and Minmin, with the latter part of the video focusing on Minmin.
Nintendo also revealed that it will release a Neon Yellow Joy-Con and strap alongside the game’s release.
Producer Kosuke Yabuki describes ARMS as “a fighting sports game that uses extendible arms for battle.” Players use the motion sensing features of the Joy-Con controllers to control the fighters and their attacks.
